Did you know that narration now accounts for over 90% of the voice over work available? That percentage is growing every year as the demand for audio books is expected to skyrocket from 4,000 recordings to 24,000 recordings by 2012. Each one needs a narrator.

Under the expert guidance of star voice actor and director Robin Miles, John Marshall Sound offers over-the-phone narration and voice over workshops for aspiring actors looking to take their first steps toward a career in the audio book industry.

Before an actor is accepted to attend the workshop, they must take part in an evaluation with Robin. She will assess the actor's abilities and voice to determine if proceeding further will benefit the applicant. If the actor completes the evaluation successfully, the evaluation fee ($49) will be put toward the price of the workshop.
